Job Description: Java/J2EE
- In-depth experience in designing J2EE based technical architecture solutions This would include database design and application programming.
- Expertise in database like MySQL, SQL Server etc.
- Expertise in JSP, Servlets. EJB, Hybernate & Struts or Spring preferably using Eclipse IDE.
- Exposure to JSF framework will be an added advantage
Exp Range : 3-8 years
Qualification : Graduate/ Post Graduate Degree in Computer Sc/ IT

Job Role : As a Project/ Team Lead you will be required to :
- Undertake system study and requirement gathering.
- Handle and manage teams
- Communicate with the client on project status and queries
- Carry out detailed system analysis in consultation with the concerned client project manager
- Ensure effective coding – in adherence to the coding standards
- Regularly monitor the progress of the module(s) involving review of all deliverables, slippages, defects etc and take corrective measures, if required
- Present assignment/module status report periodically to the management
- Initiate process improvement and ensure compliance to quality standards.
